Account details you provide such as name, mobile number, email address and profile photo; loan activity such as requests, approvals, disbursements and repayments; and technical information such as device and log data used to keep your account secure.

To verify your identity, process loan requests, disburse and collect repayments, calculate your GPF score and stage progress, provide customer support, prevent fraud and misuse, and send you service notifications about your account.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, database, and payment processing partners), and where required by law or a lawful request from an authority.

Your data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure. Access is limited to authorised personnel. We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period required to meet legal and accounting obligations.

You can review and update your profile details inside the app at any time. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, write to noreply@goldenpayco.com. Deletion requests cannot be completed while a loan is outstanding.

We use cookies and browser storage only to keep you signed in and to remember basic app preferences. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
