Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

• Loan amount: determined by your current stage in the GoldenPay journey. Limits increase as you complete cycles on time.
• Interest and fees: stage-based — the exact amount payable is shown to you on the request summary screen before you confirm a loan. No charges are applied that were not disclosed at that point.
• Tenure: 1 week from the date the loan is credited, unless stated otherwise on the request summary.
• Late payments: we do not levy late fees or penalty charges. However, a late repayment reduces your GPF score and can hold back or reset your stage progression and future limits.
• Approval: every request is subject to review. We may approve, reduce or decline a request at our discretion.

Repayment must be made in full through the repayment flow in the app on or before the due date. Once a repayment is confirmed, your loan is closed and your next stage unlocks. Repayments made outside the app cannot be tracked and may not be credited to your loan.

You may not use GoldenPay for fraudulent activity, submit false documents or identity details, create multiple accounts, or attempt to interfere with the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with any outstanding amount remaining payable.

Referral rewards, where offered, are subject to the conditions displayed on the referrals screen and may be withdrawn or adjusted in cases of misuse or self-referral.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for losses arising from network outages, third-party payment delays, or information you provide incorrectly.
